Is it possible to fall in love with someone that you barely know?
What is love, what defines it and makes one love stronger than another, the different types of love that we feel; those towards a family member such as a brother or a parent is completely different to the love shared between a female and a male. A families love is of warmth and comfort, and no matter where you are, what you are doing, you can always feel it. The love between a female and a boy are completely different, yes after a long period of time you get the feeling of security, the same kind of warmth that the love of a family can give you. At the start of any relationship, whether this be just a nudge on the shoulder as one passes another in a club, or a full blown relationship, theres a sexual tension felt by you, a buzzy blurry feeling from the pit of your stomach. If you're lucky, its felt between the both of you.

I experienced this recently, and the more I think about it the more I think that I am falling in love with what may appear to be a complete stranger, as I have only met him twice and conversed on the phone a couple of times and texted a couple.

Australian rugby players on tour. Amazing... First propper night out in cambridge to fix my broken heart turned out to be one hell of a ride! After meeting them briefly in a pub (50 stockey Australians), Firstly I met Fred, a tall brunette, with a heavily strong Australian accent, who I later find out is from Brisbane, he then introduces me to a few others, including Jono, a Queensland Red's Rugby player. His biceps were the size of tree trunks. They really were a double take situation. I think that when our eyes met I knew that I was instantly in love, I knew nothing of his character, all I knew is that he could dance and that he was drop dead gorgeous!

At a nightclub, which my friend and I conviced the rugby lads to join us, we went onto the balcony, which isnt actually a balcony, but a third bar on top of its roof. The fairy lights (the typical circus ones, apart from plain white light rather than the multicoloured ones) really did create a romantic atmosphere, a truely fairy tale enviroment. This is where second meeting occured with Jono, we flirted outragiously for what appeared like ages, then i believe that the beverages got the better of me and i chickened out of the flirtation. A decision which I am now starting to regret, and which he has made perfectly clear that he regrets letting me go.

Now he is back in Australia, and I am in the freezing cold England. I missed out on an opportunity of a life time. God bless social networking sites, as I can still keep in contact with them, even if he is a million miles away.... but who knows, maybe next time he comes to England things will have a different more rewarding ending. Fingers crossed.

Safe to say, Australian Rugby players are truely the best way to get over an Ex, they are so attentive, polite and drop dead gorgeous!

So the answer to my earlier question is yes, it is possible to fall in love with a total and utter stranger. The heart works in wonders of ways, but trust your instinct, follow your heart, you never know where it might lead...

Missing you loads where ever you may be.

Living it up as a singleton! Who says that you need boys to have a good night out. Grap some of your girlfriends and hit the town.

Three must haves on a night out:
1: Killer heels, a girl has to know how to strut her stuff. However know how to walk in them, as if you don't then you end up looking drunk at the start of the night, which is never a good look anyway.
2: Statement purse, at the moment it is all about the clutch, try to have bold colours to really stand out in a crowd and gets people's attention. If your fed up of clinging to your clutch all night then I have found the perfect bag for you, its a mini satchel, its easy, convenient yet still totally gorgeous.
3: Show stopper outfit, I am a firm believer that you have to make an effort if you want to receive attention. J-lo or Cameron Diaz wouldn't be seen dead in anything other that a killer outfit on a girls night out, and look at the attention they receive. So steer clear of the long tops and leggings look and buy yourself a killer outfit.

Keep your makeup simple and sheek. Nothing says stunner better than a fine lined bobbi brown black eyeliner, just on the top lid, and red rouge lipstick. I have found this to be a real show stopper.

To all you single ladies out there, you are not alone. As a character from P.s I love you says "if we are all alone, then we are all together in that to". Which I think is an amazing way to put it.

I was recently broken up with by my boyfriend of just over a month, you may be thinking this isn't long so why mention it. Actually an early break up is just as painful as after a long relationship, as although you don't have the memories to fall back on, your still in the honeymoon period, and have the anticipation of whats going to happen next. So the Ex dumped me as he had just recently gone off to Birmingham University, and felt that it was too serious to be in a long distance relationship after only being official for just over a month. Oh well, his loss eh?

But it isn't all bad. Thing is that i dont actually mind being single, I enjoy dating, but I think at the moment I don't feel like I am ready for a serious relationship. Why not enjoy ourselves while we are young and leave the serious stuff for later.

Ta ta for now.
